How do I create a Slightly OCD Account?

Do you service my area?

We are currently offering services is Brunswick and the Golden Isles and surrounding counties. However, as the registry grows, we will be able to offer services throughout the state of Georgia.

What is included in a standard cleaning?

A standard cleaning includes, bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, dusting, glass, and floors. Deep cleans and Move In Move Out cleans can include ceiling fans, baseboards, interior windows, interior appliance and much more. These cleans can be created by selecting extras needed.

How much will it cost?

Prices vary given the square footage, number of bedrooms and bathrooms and any extras added to the booking! Every task is quoted with market average time frames to ensure fair pricing!

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

Yes! Every Independent Cleaner brings their own supplies, products and equipment- unless there is a product you’d rather them use.

Can I request special tasks or extras?

Yes! You can request and also modify special tasks and extras! Modify a booking up to the day before at 5pm.

How do I log into my account?

When you create a booking, you will be prompted to create an account. This account can be accessed from our website and app!

How do I change my password?

Log into your account and change your password! If you’ve forgotten your password, simply select forgot password and a new temporary one will be sent to the email address on file!

How do I reset my password?

You can apply a coupon to a future appointment by logging into your account and clicking your name in the top right hand corner. You can then select “redeem voucher” and enter your code. The system will automatically apply the code to your next appointment. You can not apply your coupon to past appointment that are already completed.

How do I change my address?

Log into your account and modify your booking!

How do I change my credit card?

Log into your account and update your billing info!

How do I book my first appointment?

Head over to the booking page, fill in the basic information, add your extras, pick a day and time frame of arrival, enter payment info, sit back and relax. We will remind you, let you know when cleaner is en route and charge you when the job is complete! It’s really that easy.

How do I use my Slightly OCD credits?

Your referral points are automatically saved in your account, it will automatically populate for use for your next booking!

How can I view my Slightly OCD credits?

Upon log in- credits you have received from referring friends are automatically added to your account to be used at will when scheduling a booking!

Can I apply a coupon to an existing appointment?

You can apply a coupon to a future appointment by logging into your account and clicking your name in the top right hand corner. You can then select “redeem voucher” and enter your code. I bought a Gift Card and Slightly OCD does not cover my area, what should I do?

Trust & Safety

Can I trust my cleaning professional?

Yes! You can trust your cleaning professional has undergone a though screening process, background verification and reference checks. Cleaners are required to have a business license and are highly encouraged to obtain General Liability insurance and a Surety Bond.

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

Each cleaner is an independent professional and values communication! Please feel free to foster a working relationship with your professional. However, if you are unsatisfied with your cleaner or their service, feel free to request a new cleaner for your next visit.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

Yes, our payment system is encrypted and we are unable to see payment information! It is kept safe and secure for future bookings!

Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?

Yes! Each cleaner undergoes a backgound screening that includes:

  • County Criminal Court Search – 7 Years
  • Domestic Watch List Search
  • Social Security Number Trace
  • Nationwide Criminal Databases Search
  • Sex Offender Registry Search

Background screening is incredibly important and an integral part of the hiring process.

What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your current cleaner, we have an entire registry of excellent cleaners to choose from! Simply choose a new cleaner!
